日出康城MALIBU生活配套

日出康城MALIBU的地下至5樓設有面積56,464平方呎的會所，包括室內泳池及戶外泳池、24小時健身室、瑜伽室、娛樂天地、童趣天地及影迷天地等設施；另有空中花園及綠化空間。屋苑附近亦有日出公園及將軍澳南海濱長廊，供大家休閒使用。
