日出康城MALIBU位於新界西貢區將軍澳康城路1號，發展商為會德豐地產與香港鐵路。屋苑共提供共1,600伙住宅單位，戶型包括標準戶、連平台戶、頂層連天台戶，其中主打2房間隔的標準戶為大多數。日出康城MALIBU平面圖展示出，單位實用面積為346至1,344平方呎。

於2020年3月1 日公佈首張價單後，MALIBU的示範單位隨即於次日開放給公眾參觀。示範單位設於尖沙咀港威大廈，讓公眾查詢康城平面圖、MALIBU平面圖及入伙資訊等等。首張價單涉及320伙住宅單位，實用面積由367至801平方呎不等。MALIBU價格為682.9萬到1,587.3萬，呎價由15,931到20,383元。為鼓勵公眾上車，發展商提供最高21.5%的折扣優惠。
日出康城MALIBU生活配套
日出康城MALIBU的地下至5樓設有面積56,464平方呎的會所，包括室內泳池及戶外泳池、24小時健身室、瑜伽室、娛樂天地、童趣天地及影迷天地等設施；另有空中花園及綠化空間。屋苑附近亦有日出公園及將軍澳南海濱長廊，供大家休閒使用。
交通方面，MALIBU位於港鐵康城站上蓋，而在康城站公共運輸文匯處及環保大道亦有多條巴士及專線小巴路線，來往將軍澳市中心及九龍多個地方。
在生活配套方面，除了日出康城第1、2期項目設有大型商場外，康城站一帶亦有面積達48萬平方呎的大型商場，提供多元化的飲食及購物選擇。在校網方面，小學為95；中學為西貢區。
