康城樓盤
康城位於將軍澳區小赤沙，臨近將軍澳工業邨、將軍澳海灣及釣魚翁郊遊徑，土地由填海得來。康城區擁背山面海的地理優勢，位置上自成一隅，自日出康城發展商興建住宅以來，漸漸發展成中產客安居樂業的小社區。

康城樓盤屬鐵路盤，部分期數與港鐵康城站相連，加上環保大道一帶有多條巴士線，方便前往將軍澳市中心或九龍各區。
