將軍澳樓盤｜寶琳站上蓋新都城
寶琳新都城為將軍澳區內最大型屋苑，盤踞於港鐵寶琳站上蓋，並且附有天橋連接基座商場，住客步行路線四通八達，佔盡交通購物優勢。另外，新都城樓齡只有20多年，有大量放盤及成交，吸引不少自用及投資客的青睞。
寶琳新都城簡介
寶琳新都城分三期，位於新界將軍澳寶琳運亨路1號、欣景路8號及貿業路8號，主要圍繞港鐵將軍澳綫寶琳站一帶。新都城發展商為恒基兆業地產。新都城入伙日期由1996年至2000年間，共建有21幢住宅大廈，每幢樓高38至43層，每層各有8伙單位，共提供6,768個住宅單位。單位間隔分為兩房及三房戶，實用面積介乎363至735平方呎。根據新都城平面圖顯示，單位飯廳多以日字廳或方型廳開則，再配兩間睡房（眼鏡房）。
寶琳新都城生活配套
寶琳新都城生活配套完善，三期均設有住客會所，提供冷暖泳池﹑戶外泳池﹑網球場等設施。屋苑三期基座均設有商場，住客只需花2至3分鐘步程即可到達商場，內有大量食肆、連鎖店鋪、戲院、銀行或日常用品店等，滿足日常需要。交通方面，商場之間有行人天橋相通，任何一期的住客步行數分鐘即可到達港鐵寶琳站；住客亦可前往第二期基座地面的公共運輸交匯處，乘搭巴士或小巴往返港九新界，十分方便。校網方面，小學為95校網；中學為西貢區校網。
