大埔白石角大型屋苑雲滙由新鴻基地產發展，臨海而建，鄰近科學園，毗鄰吐露港公路。屋苑分兩期，設有10幢住宅大廈，合共提供1,444伙住宅單位。
雲滙一期有181個住客停車位及9 個電單車停車位，而雲滙二期則有95個住客停車位及6個電單車停車位。部分業主或投資者會將雲滙車位租出，賺取租金作為回報。
