天鑄首張價單於2016年3月18日公布，一共涉及52伙單位，成交價介乎2,461.8萬元至9,701.2萬元，平均呎價約36,616元。示範單位開放以後，市場反應熱烈，即使天鑄的新盤開價貴絕何文田，亦無阻買家及投資客成交。天鑄車位同樣升幅驚人，其中一個車位在疫情期間更以660萬元易手，創下全港最貴車位紀錄。
天鑄生活配套
