都會軒簡介

都會軒生活配套
都會軒不設住客會所，只有平台花園設施，雖然住戶可使用鄰近的都會海逸酒店內的健身室等設施，但需自付月費。
都會軒基座為大型商場置富都會，內有超級市場及特色食肆，住客步行約10分鐘可到尖東，享用各式各樣的娛樂與飲食。
交通方面，置富都會有天橋連接港鐵紅磡站，擁有沙中線及屯馬線之便，亦有直通火車前往大灣區，而附近也有巴士總站及紅隧等多條巴士路線，方便往來港九多地。都會軒的小學校網為35，中學校網為九龍城區，網羅不少九龍區名校。
