薄扶林碧瑤灣：無垠海景名譽豪宅
碧瑤灣簡介
碧瑤灣 （ Baguio Villa）位於港島薄扶林域多利道550至555號，屬分層住宅項目，共分6期發展，發展商為新世界。項目於1975至1979年入伙，共有21幢住宅大廈，劃分為33座，合共提供1,535伙。

據土地註冊處資料顯示，碧瑤灣27座的一個低層2房單位於2022年5月以1,370萬元成交，單位實用面積為1,012平方呎，呎價為13,538 元。而在30座的另一伙4房全海景單位則在2022年2月以4,550萬元成交，呎價達19,511元。
碧瑤灣生活配套
