1.Applicant for membership of House730 website (www.house730.com) and its application software (hereinafter called “House730”), please read all the terms and conditions below carefully. Once the box “Agree to membership T&C” is checked, it means you agree and accept all the terms and conditions below without any disputes.

2. Being a member of House730, the non-personal information you provided would be regarded as the property of House 730.If you insist on deleting the non-personal information you provided, you need to pay all the outstanding service fee payable as well as an administration charge of HK$ 500

3. If you are applying Hosue730 membership as a property agent, you have to follow the requirement of House730 by filling in the information of property agent such as license number.Otherwise House730 has the right to suspend the publishing and message function of your account until the information of property agent is completed.

4. House730 is to provide an information platform only. A member is responsible for any information he/she published at House730 and has to comply with all the rules and regulations of House730 and the laws of Hong Kong.

5. For the information published by member at House730, House730 shall not guarantee its authenticity and accuracy. Viewers of House730 has to make their own judgement.House730 will not be responsible for this and pay any compensation to its viewer or members.

6. If the content published by a member at Hosue730 result in infringement, the member concerned is solely responsible for such infringement and House730 shall not be liable for this.

7. Member is prohibited from publishing, uploading, sending email or otherwise transmitting any unlawful, harmful, coercion, abuse, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene,and invasive of another's privacy, harmful or racial discrimination or moral people objectionable "content."

8. Without consent from House730, member is not allowed to publish any content involving promotion, advertisement or commercial activities.Once it is discovered, House730 will immediately block that content. Depending on the severity, House730 may suspend or terminate the relevant membership without prior notice and compensation. All the House730 gold coin in the membership account will also be forfeited without refund.

9. Without consent from House730, member is not allowed to publish any hyperlink or somehow connected, whether directly or indirectly, to other property listing platform.Once it is discovered, House730 will immediately block that content. Depending on the severity, House730 may suspend or terminate the relevant membership without prior notice and compensation. All the House730 gold coin in the membership account will also be forfeited without refund.

10. If House730 delete, move or add the information or file published by member, no advance notice or compensation will be given.

11. House730 has the final authority to determine whether a member is subject to violation of rules and regulation and the extent of severity.

12. If a member is found to disrupt the sorting or algorithm of House730 property listing. House730 will immediately block those content. Depending on the severity, House730 may suspend or terminate the relevant membership without prior notice and compensation.All the House730 gold coin in the membership account will also be forfeited without refund.
