The YOHO Hub的發展商於2021年12月10日上載售樓說明書，同月16日公布首張價單。首張價單共涉206伙單位，間隔涵蓋1至4房。單位定價介乎778.6萬至2367.7萬元；呎價由20,438元至25,434元。買家最高可享12%折扣優惠，折實平均實用呎價為19,899元。
The YOHO Hub生活配套
The YOHO Hub設有雙會所：Club Vis及Club Vim，面積共約4萬平方呎。 同時亦有21萬平方呎的戶外園林、1,200米的緩跑徑「YOHO步道」、戶外玩樂花園及24小時有蓋行人通道。
交通方面，The YOHO Hub毗鄰港鐵屯馬線元朗站，由基座商場經行人天橋前往港鐵站出入口，只需步行約2分鐘。港鐵站一帶亦設有交通總匯處，有多條巴士及小巴路線，穿梭港九新界以至落馬洲邊境等多個地方。
生活配套方面，The YOHO Hub將提供約10.66萬平方呎商場；鄰近區內最大型購物商場「形點」，提供超過100間店舖及戲院，其中包括約55間餐廳食肆、24間兒童相關店舖和34間美容化妝品牌。而俗稱「大馬路」的青山公路元朗後一帶商場及民生商店林立，食肆、銀行、郵局、超級市場、街市及熟食中心亦一應俱全。校網方面，小學為74校網。中學為元朗區。
