啟德尚‧珒溋樓盤資訊：位置、呎價、交通及生活配套
啟德是九龍區新盤供應的重點地區，近年已陸續有屋苑入伙。尚‧珒溋作為熱門新盤之一，當中有不少高層單位享有維港海景，並可俯瞰東九龍市景。而發展商開放的現樓示範單位，包括一個逾1,900平方呎的頂層特色戶，以及一個連家俬裝修的4房單位。

尚‧珒溋位於九龍啟德沐泰街11號，屬啟德坊2期，由合景泰富與龍湖地產合作發展，並已於2021年11月下旬開始收樓。

尚‧珒溋項目於2019年9月18日公佈首張價單，涉及138伙住宅單位，實用面積介乎332至752平方呎，涵蓋１至３房。單位價錢約888萬元至約2,341萬元；呎價由26,083元至32,336元。若以發展商提供最高18%折扣優惠計算，尚‧珒溋的折實每呎價錢由21,388至26,515港元，最低入場費為729萬元。
尚‧珒溋生活配套
尚‧珒溋自設30,366平方呎住客會所，提供戶外泳池、兒童泳池、按摩池等設施；另有6,483平方呎園林花園。區內亦有九龍灣單車公園、九龍灣運動場、東啟德遊樂場、彩虹道遊樂場及體育館等設施；距離約10分鐘步程可到賈炳達道公園及九龍寨城公園；南面有啟德郵輪碼頭。
交通方面，尚‧珒溋鄰近港鐵啟德站，距離港鐵彩虹站則需步行約16至20分鐘。而於啟晴邨旁的沐虹街、承啟道及宏天廣場一帶，亦有多條巴士及專線小巴路線，來往九龍及港島多處地方。
生活配套方面，尚‧珒溋將設有2層式商業建築，面積達1.2萬平方呎，提供多間特色商店。區內除了煥然壹居設有商舖外，附近啟德一號、啟晴邨及德朗邨亦分別設有商場、冷氣街市、多間食肆、便利店及日常用品連鎖店。而未來港鐵啟德站廣場一帶，亦會成為商業、餐飲、零售店及酒店集中地。
