生活配套方面，城中匯2樓基座設有商舖，而紅磡與黃埔發展成熟，區內不乏民生小店，若住客或租客想到購物商場享更多消費選擇，亦可到城中匯附近的黃埔天地，該處匯聚日式超市、各國美食、娛樂設施等。校網方面，城中匯屬35小學校網；中學為九龍城區。
